3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Halal Check: AI Scanner offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $4.99
• Annual Plan: $24.99

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Halal Check: AI Scanner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to verify products for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Halal Check: AI Scanner and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Asil Arslan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Halal Check: AI Scanner's AI verification results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of halal verification results
• Complete ingredient identification for all products
• Suitability for professional halal certification purposes
• Compliance with all local halal standards and regulations

Users should always consult with qualified Islamic scholars or halal certification authorities for critical halal decisions.

7. Photo and Content Usage

When you upload photos to Halal Check: AI Scanner:

• You retain ownership of your original photos
• You grant us a license to process your photos for AI halal verification
• We do not store or share your photos with third parties
• Processing occurs locally on your device when possible

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asil Arslan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of Halal Check: AI Scanner.

Halal Check: AI Scanner provides verification suggestions that may not account for all factors such as:

• Local halal certification standards and variations
• Cross-contamination during manufacturing
• Changes in product formulations

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Halal Check: AI Scanner from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Asil Arslan only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
